On 5 June, the EOC EU Office welcomed its partner organisations to its Annual Partners Meeting, providing a platform for discussion, debate and the exchange of views on relevant issues in European sport. The meeting brought together updates on EU funding opportunities and ongoing policy fields and the current situation regarding the participation of Russian and Belarusian athletes in international sport.
Representatives of the European Commission provided insight on the current and next Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) and contributed to discussions on the European Sport Model, examining key policy developments, governance and grassroot support.
Partner organisations had the opportunity to present updates on their ongoing activities, exchange good practices, engage in dialogue with other stakeholders as well as outline their priorities for the future. In turn, the EOC EU Office reported on its recent initiatives and services, thanking partners for their continued support and cooperation.
