Welcome to SIGGS 3.0! By accessing or using our tool, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully, and if you do not agree with any part, you must not use our services. 

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SIGGS 3.0 (referred to as "the tool," "the service," or "we"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the tool ("Users"). 

  1. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the tool after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. 

  1. Eligibility

By using the tool, you confirm that you are: 

  • At least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian. 
  • Capable of entering into legally binding contracts. 
  • Not barred from using the tool under applicable law. 
  1. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to: 

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information. 
  • Maintain and update your information. 
  • Safeguard your account credentials. 
  • Notify us immediately if you detect any unauthorized use of your account. 

You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs under your account. 

  1. User Conduct

When using the tool, you agree to: 

  • Use the tool only for lawful purposes. 
  • Not upload or share content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on others' rights. 
  • Not interfere with the security, integrity, or functionality of the tool. 
  • Not use the tool to harass, abuse, or harm others. 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any illegal or harmful behavior. 

  1. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited: 

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data. 
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the tool’s software. 
  • Using the tool to distribute unsolicited commercial messages (spam). 
  • Impersonating any person or entity. 
  1. Content Ownership and Licensing
  • User Content: You retain ownership of any content that you submit, post, or display on or through the tool ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the service. 
  • Our Content: We own all intellectual property rights to the tool, including its software, design, and content. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the tool’s content unless expressly permitted. 
  1. User Data and Privacy
  • Data Collection: As the owner of SIGGS 3.0, we respect the privacy of our users. Any inputs, content, or information you provide while using our tool will be treated with strict confidentiality. 
  • No Sharing with Third Parties: We pledge not to share any user inputs, content, or personal information with third parties, except as required by law, without your explicit consent. 
  • Aggregated and Anonymized Data: In the course of improving our services, we may analyze aggregated usage data. Any data used for analysis, reporting, or research purposes will always be anonymized and combined with other users’ data in such a way that it cannot be traced back to an individual user. 
  • User Control Over Data: You retain ownership of your personal data and content, and you have the right to request access to, modification of, or deletion of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. 
  1. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the tool at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your right to use the tool will cease, and we may delete any data associated with your account. 

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the SIGGS 3.0 project management and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any: 

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the tool. 
  • Loss of data or content. 
  • Any third-party conduct or content on the tool. 
  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The tool is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the tool will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. 

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SIGGS 3.0 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: 

  • Your use of the tool. 
  • Your violation of these Terms. 
  • Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party. 
  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Brussels. 

  1. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the tool, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally before initiating any formal legal proceedings. 

  1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
