EU Parliament calls for better representation of sport organisations in awarded Erasmus+ projects

On 16 January, the European Parliament adopted resolutions on the implementation of the Erasmus+ Programme 2021-2027 and the CERV Programme 2021-2027. Since the Erasmus+ programme is the primary source of EU funding for sport organisations the EOC EU Office worked closely with the rapporteur to make sure sports were fairly and effectively represented in this important document. As a result, the adopted text establishes better communication and representation of sports organizations in projects and acknowledges Key Action 1 ("Mobility of individuals for learning purposes") in the promotion of exchanges between sports staff.
