The EOC EU Office is coordinating an advocacy initiative to ensure that organised sport is represented in the EU’s next Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) 2028–2034. Backed by 48 National Olympic Committees, the IOC, the European Paralympic Committee, ASOIF, and most of its partner international and European federations, the joint position paper outlining our recommendations was shared with key European stakeholders (Members of the European Parliament, Council of the EU, Commission).
With initial outreach now completed, the time has come to amplify the message. All EOC EU Office partners are encouraged to share the LinkedIn post published by the EOC EU Office, or create their own communications to mobilise national and European stakeholders using the publicly available position paper. Hopefully, our joint efforts will contribute to strengthen sport’s role in building a healthier, more inclusive, and resilient Europe!
