On 14 and 15 July, the EOC EU Office hosted the third partners’ meeting of the EmpowHER Volleyball Game Changer project, bringing together partners from across the CEV’s network. Co-funded by Erasmus+, EmpowHER builds on the legacy of the EOC EU Office’s GAMES project and aims to advance gender equality in volleyball leadership through practical tools and stronger organisational capacities. Discussions focused on the upcoming EmpowHER Toolkit, due for publication in autumn 2026, which partners tested through a self-assessment exercise, and on the development of National Gender Equality Action Plans using the VMOST methodology. These plans will translate the toolkit's recommendations into concrete, national-level measures, which partners will continue to consolidate until January 2027.
