SIGGS 3.0 Leaflet 2 Now Available: Discover the Self-Evaluation Tool

We are pleased to share the second publication from the SIGGS 3.0 project: an informative leaflet dedicated to the Self-Evaluation Tool, the cornerstone of the initiative’s approach to strengthening good governance in sport.

This tool is designed to help sport organisations across Europe assess and improve their governance practices by providing tailored solutions, expert-backed guidance, and actionable roadmaps—all freely accessible and adaptable to each organisation's specific needs.

What’s Inside Leaflet 2?

  • A clear introduction to the SIGGS 3.0 Self-Evaluation Tool, developed to:

    • Assess governance performance and identify areas for improvement

    • Provide a full personalised report including feedback, risk analysis, and suggested actions

    • Offer tailored action plans linked to best practices and key governance principles

    • Benchmark performance across the six core dimensions of Good Governance: Integrity, Autonomy, Transparency, Democracy, Inclusion, and Sustainability

  • A visual breakdown of how the tool works, from evaluation to practical implementation

  • Insights into how the tool supports long-term impact, trust-building, and alignment with modern expectations in the sports sector

Whether you are a National Olympic Committee, a sports federation, or a governance stakeholder, this tool can help you track progress, implement reforms, and build credibility with your members and partners.

We encourage all sport organisations to explore the Self-Evaluation Tool and join us in our mission to foster better governance through informed, structured, and inclusive approaches.
