We are looking for a Policy Officer representing the German Olympic Sports Confederation, perfectly fluent in English and German and with good knowledge of the EU institutions.

STELLENAUSSCHREIBUNG
Der Deutsche Olympische Sportbund (DOSB) ist der Dachverband des deutschen Sports und vertritt die Interessen von 101 Mitgliedsorganisationen mit insgesamt rund 27 Millionen Mitgliedschaften in rund 90.000 Sportvereinen. Der DOSB engagiert sich für den Leistungs-, Breiten-, Freizeit- und Gesundheitssport und erfüllt auf dem Ge-biet des Spitzensports die Aufgaben als Nationales Olympisches Komitee.
In der Vertretung des DOSB und der Europäischen Olympischen Komitees im EOC EU-Büro in Brüssel haben wir zum 1. September 2019 die Stelle eines/einer
Referenten/Referentin (m/w/d) in Vollzeit (38 Std./Woche) zu besetzen.
Ihr Aufgabengebiet umfasst
▪ Ausübung der Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen dem EOC EU-Büro und den Mit-gliedsorganisationen des DOSB
▪ Beratung und Unterstützung der DOSB- und EOC-Mitgliedsorganisationen in sämtlichen EU-relevanten Fragestellungen
▪ Monitoring und Auswertung der (sportpolitischen) EU-Politik und Gesetzgebung
▪ Konzeptionelle Vorbereitung von Veranstaltungen zu EU-relevanten Themen sowie deren Durchführung und Nachbereitung
▪ Information und Beratung der DOSB-Mitgliedsorganisationen und der Partner des Büros zu EU-Förderprogrammen sowie Begleitung von Projektanträgen
▪ Regelmäßige Mitarbeit bei der Gestaltung und Umsetzung der Service-Leistun-gen des Büros (u.a. Monatsbericht, Website, Publikationen)
▪ Allgemeine Unterstützung des Büroleiters
Sie bringen mit:
▪ Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, z.B. der Wirtschafts-, Politik- oder Kom-munikationswissenschaften
▪ Fundierte Kenntnisse der Arbeit mit EU-Institutionen durch Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion z.B. einer GO, NGO bzw. einem Verband
▪ Kenntnisse des organisierten Sports sowohl national als auch international sind von Vorteil
▪ Hohes Maß an Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Kooperationsvermögen
▪ Selbständige Arbeitsweise mit Initiative und Verantwortungsbereitschaft
▪ Organisationstalent mit Serviceorientierung und flexiblem Zeitmanagement, auch für Reisetätigkeiten
▪ Freude am Sport und Interesse an sportpolitischen Themenstellungen
▪ Verhandlungssichere Englisch-Kenntnisse sind Voraussetzung; zusätzlich Fran-zösisch-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
▪ Sicherer Umgang in der Microsoft Office-Umgebung und Social Media
