EU Funding Tricks on Project Implementation

On 6 November 2025, the EOC EU Office hosted its 11th EU Funding Webinar, focusing on Tips & Tricks on Project Implementation. The session brought together 27 National Olympic Committees (NOCs) and 6 Federations from among the EOC EU Office partner network to explore how to turn approved EU-funded projects into impactful and lasting initiatives. Discussions addressed how to manage administrative and financial responsibilities, ensure effective coordination and communication, and uphold compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Valuable insights were shared by NOC Portugal, the European Volleyball Confederation, NOC Greece, and NOC Slovakia, who presented their experiences on project implementation. The webinar equipped participants with hands-on insights and concrete recommendations to ensure effective delivery and meaningful results and lasting legacies across their projects.
