EOC EU Office presents practical toolkit for EU-funded sport projects

On 21 October 2026, the EOC EU Office hosted its EU funding webinar “Practical Tools for Project Implementation”, bringing together approximately 50 participants from 29 organisations, including 19 National Olympic Committees (NOCs) and 9 sport federations.

During the webinar, the EOC EU Office presented a comprehensive repository of practical templates and guidelines developed to support European NOCs and sport federations throughout the lifecycle of EU-funded projects, from application preparation to project implementation and reporting. Dedicated Q&A sessions also provided opportunities for participants to raise practical questions, share experiences and exchange good practices.

Drawing on its extensive experience in managing EU-funded projects, the EOC EU Office developed these resources to simplify administrative procedures, strengthen project management capacities and reduce administrative burdens. By providing ready-to-use resources that can be tailored to specific project needs, the initiative aims to improve consistency and efficiency; accordingly, enabling European NOCs and sport federations to focus their resources on delivering meaningful projects and maintaining high-quality standards. Thereby, this webinar further underscores the EOC EU Office’s continued commitment to support NOCs and sport federations in strengthening their capacities on EU-related matters.
